Description:
Green Meadows Partners is partnering with an organization in Blount County to find a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support membership development and member services. This full-time position offers a salary of around $60,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with membership development efforts, including campaigns and tracking potential members
Prepare and distribute new member packets and maintain the membership database
Coordinate ambassador activities, monthly coffee clubs, quarterly mixers, and VIP events
Support focus groups, workshops, and seminars related to business development
Help organize ribbon cuttings, grand openings, and other member events
Manage event coordination for Small Business Saturday
Maintain membership listings, website updates, and council rosters
Process invoices and payments for events, dues, and seminars
Train and assist staff on membership programs
Prepare monthly board reports and assist with government relations coordination
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with database management and event coordination
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Detail-oriented and proactive team player
