Job Title: E-commerce Support Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Support Specialist with in-depth knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and BigCommerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online retail operations, managing listings, resolving customer inquiries, and optimizing sales performance across various e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management: Manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing, and promotions across Amazon, eBay, BigCommerce, and other e-commerce platforms.
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance promptly and professionally via email, chat, or phone.
Order Processing: Process orders accurately, track shipments, and ensure timely fulfillment while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
Content Optimization: Optimize product listings with compelling content, images, and keywords to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and search rankings.
Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising initiatives across e-commerce platforms.
Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical issues related to platform integrations, payment processing, and order management systems.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with platform policies, terms of service, and regulatory requirements to maintain account health and mitigate risks.
Training and Documentation: Provide training and guidance to internal teams on e-commerce best practices, platform updates, and new features.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to propose innovative solutions and enhance e-commerce performance.
Qualifications:
E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a focus on Amazon, eBay, or BigCommerce.
Platform Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and BigCommerce.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities with a strong customer-centric approach.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize e-commerce performance.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and e-commerce tools for listing management, analytics, and marketing automation.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to achieve common goals.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and requirements in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred but not required.
