Looking for an independent contractor to perform work on foreclosed properties in Corbin, Kentucky and surrounding areas
Duties include lock changes, grass cuts, debris removal, cleaning, winterizations, general maintenance, bid approvals etc.
Must have truck/trailer, air compressor, generator, lawn equipment, general tools, iphone/android
Locks are provided, pay is weekly. some experience preferred
