M&C Assemblies is seeking self-motivated, hard-working, and reliable individuals, with strong mechanical abilities, to assemble items such as: bikes, grills, wheelbarrows, lawn mowers, fire pits, patio furniture, and much more in our client retail stores. Efficient Technicians can make anywhere from $300 to $1000 per week, or more! The more you build, the more you make, so the sky is the limit!
We also provide residential delivery and assembly services for customers who purchase similar items to be delivered and / or assembled in their home. If you are interested in residential assembly as well, please let us know during your phone screening.
Ideal candidates:
· Someone with basic hand tool knowledge, who is also mechanically inclined.
· Someone capable of building new products and following assembly instructions.
· Someone who finds motivation in speed challenges and working independently.
· Someone who communicates well with others.
Compensation:
· Commission and performance-based piece work.
· Settlements paid weekly on Friday.
Position Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Must have reliable transportation to multiple locations.
· Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
· Must have your own tools: Cordless impact drill with assorted bits, impact driver, metric socket set, wrench set, hammer, screwdrivers, etc.
· Smart device (phone or tablet) capable of downloading apps, for invoicing purposes.
Availability:
20 to 40 hours per week.
