Looking for property preservation and maintenance contractor/handyman who will be able to assist us with lock change, winterization, trash out, grass cuts and other maintenance and repairing work.
Requirements:
1) Must have your own vehicle and repair tools, including a lawn mower, air compressor etc.
2) Must be able to take detailed photos and follow instruction.
