Knoxville company looking for motivated individuals for our insulation and weatherization crews. Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time with paid holidays, life insurance. Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, smartphone and be able to pass drug test.
Must be willing to work at heights and in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces. Must be able to be on regular payroll with taxes withheld unless you posess workers comp insurance. HVAC duct repair experience a plus. Will assist spray foam installer in managing hoses, fans, lighting, set up scaffolds, prep and clean up jobs, install vapor barrier plastic in crawl spaces, blow insulation in attics, and more.
Special consideration will be given to individuals with CDL or experience pulling large trailers, or those with prior spray foam insulation or spray coatings experience.
