Time: 9:30am 12:00pm and 2:00pm 4:30pm
Where: WestRock Facility - 1906 Third Creek Rd,
Knoxville, TN 37921
We are interviewing for the following position: PRODUCTION WORKER
Starting pay: $19.38 - $22.75 an hour DOE
Extra $1.00/hour for night shift
Schedule: 12-hour shifts. 2-2-3 rotation schedule
o Week 1: Work Mon-Tue, off Wed-Thu, work Fri-Sun
o Week 2: Off Mon-Tue, work Wed-Thu, off Fri-Sun
The Production worker/General Laborer will safely perform a wide range of tasks, conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine set up and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery and powered equipment.

What You Need to Succeed
Minimum High School Diploma/GED
Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, operate powered equipment, and other duties as assigned
Ability to work overtime, weekend work and various shifts depending on your position
Must be willing to work any available shift
Ability to lift, push or pull 50lbs, navigate stairs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift
Ability to maintain housekeeping and 5S to standards set by management
