Evening Cleaning – Apartment Complex
Location: Louisville, TN
Start Date: Sunday, April 6th
Pay: $90 per visit | Approx. 5 hours per shift
Schedule: Wednesdays & Sundays (Flexible start time after 3:00 PM)
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to clean the common areas of a residential apartment complex in the Louisville, TN area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys evening work and takes pride in keeping spaces neat and welcoming.
Responsibilities:
Entryways & hallways
Laundry room
Fitness center
Public restrooms (twice per week)
Leasing office (once per week, after office closes at 5:00 PM)
Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met
Notify supervisor of any maintenance needs or supply shortages
Shift Details:
Days: Wednesdays & Sundays
Start Time: Any time after 3:00 PM
Expected Duration: 5 hours per shift
Compensation: $90 per shift
Requirements:
Dependable and punctual
Ability to work independently
Access to reliable transportation
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required
