The Airbnb is an apartment that we advertise as a Suite for Rent. The size is 800 sq ft. It has 3 rooms: A bedroom with a queen bed, a Family Room that consists of a dining table, a leather couch that contains a queen bed, a single rollaway bed, a game table, a rocking chair and a kitchenette without stove or washer. The kitchenette has an ice machine, small refrigerator, cups and silverware. The bathroom is small. It contains a toilet, small shower and a sink. All of this needs to be cleaned and ready for the next guests.
A typical cleaning requires sweeping the floors, maintenance of the kitchenette, straightening up the game table and all other items that have been moved around. Careful and completecleaning of the kitchenette and bathroom. Replace the towels and wash cloths with clean ones. Change the sheets There is a supply room that has a coded door lock.
The Suite needs to be both clean and straightened up for best appearance when guests arrive. Cleaning typically takes between 2 & 3 hours. You will find bedding, towels, wash cloths and other supplies in the supply room. Upon departure, you will take washables to the front door of the upper unit. We will wash them and have them ready for the next guests that arrive.
