Recruitment Coordinator
Position Available:

Proof the accuracy of advertisements and ensuring positive applicant and client engagement.
Conduct initial screening interviews with potential candidates and oversee the application process
Verify employment details and ensure compliance of all recruitment documentation.
Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets tracking advertisements, candidate qualifications, and app statuses.
Utilize candidate database, maintaining regular communication to optimize recruitment opportunities.
Increase recruitment efforts and innovate new advertising methods to effectively fill open positions.
Maintain communication with internal teams and management regarding recruitment process updates.
Support internal teams with payroll dispatch and assist other Recruitment Coordinators and Corporate Compliance as necessary.

High School diploma required.
2+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources roles.
Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation is necessary.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
Highly proficient in computer use, capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining organizational standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a creative approach to problem-solving
Personal time management skills.
Comfortable sitting for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
Must be able to pass a Drug Screen, Physical, and comprehensive Background Check
