The male individual with a spinal cord injury has great hygiene, easy to get along with and has own transportation.
Details regarding duties of the job position are listed below
-Please wash hands when first arriving and before giving medications.
-Assisting with hygiene
-Need about 50% assisting with transfers (uses transfer board for all transfers and uses a light weight manual wheelchair).
-Performing light household duties which include laundry, linen changes, dusting, sweeping, mopping as needed, etc.
-Must be thorough with job duties
Applicants to this position MUST be able to pass a background check.
Required license or certifications:
Valid Divers License
CPR and First Aid by American Heart Association approved agency
Pay is 35 hours per week depending if you work some of the evening shifts during the week. Paid every two weeks. Must be reliable and consistent.
