Position Overview:
Reporting directly to the owner/executive chef, this position will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen's daily operations, leading and inspiring the kitchen staff, and ensuring all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. You will work closely with the owner to develop menus, control costs, and maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment.

Staff Management: Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff.
Food Quality & Presentation: Maintain consistent food quality and presentation, ensuring all dishes meet the restaurant’s high standards.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all kitchen operations comply with food safety regulations and health codes.
Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee inventory management, ordering, and control food costs to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within a high-volume, upscale kitchen.
