The Enterprise Applications (Salesforce) Summer Intern will gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge CRM platforms that support our customer network. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore how technology drives business processes, from billing and collections to enterprise-wide CRM solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical business applications, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic projects that impact our operations nationwide. CRM Support & Development: Assist in managing and enhancing Salesforce and other CRM platforms used across the enterprise.
Billing & Collections Integration: Support projects related to billing and collections processes, helping optimize systems that manage multibillion-dollar transactions with customers.
Flow Design & Automation: Design and implement process flows to improve business efficiency, including creating automated workflows within Salesforce.
Click Work & Configuration: Perform click-based development (no-code/low-code), including setting up dashboards, reports, and user interfaces tailored to business needs.
Application Development: Participate in the development lifecycle, contributing to coding tasks, though this role will not involve full-time coding responsibilities.
Business Process Improvement: Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing technology-driven solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise application teams, business stakeholders, and IT professionals to support project goals and deliverables.
