This role will have an impact in resolving critical issues, ensuring operational excellence across our infrastructure, stores, and for our team members and guests. What You’ll Do Your responsibilities may include: Maintain a reliable network: Assist with network monitoring, incident response, and maintenance to help improve uptime and efficiency. Enhance operational efficiency: Handle essential support tasks to help us scale network operations and ensure a high-performing network. Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Work under pressure to solve problems, using critical thinking and multi-tasking skills to coach team members through troubleshooting. Support our infrastructure: Contribute to the support of our infrastructure, stores, team members, and guests, ensuring a positive experience for all. Work with relevant tools: Utilize your aptitude with technology.
