The facility offers a wide variety of group fitness classes, indoor and outdoor tennis, heated indoor and outdoor pool, pickleball, racquetball, Squash, childcare, basketball court, in addition to a full selection of strength and cardio equipment. With five-star amenities, extensive classes, programs for all ages of the family, and The Day Spa, we truly are Knoxville’s best Health and Fitness Center. In addition to the amenities found throughout the gym our programs include aquatics, racquet sports, youth classes, individual training opportunities, Weight Management program, Small Group Training, virtual fitness, and group fitness. Achieves monthly team membership sales goals. These goals include: exceeding monthly sales number, reducing attrition, and exceeding member satisfaction targets.
Accurately completes all documentation for membership sales and submit all paperwork within required timelines.
Conducts comprehensive, professional, and knowledgeable tours of the Health and Fitness Center for prospective members and guests.
Remains updated on the center programs, facilities, equipment staff, policies and pricing at all times.
Coordinates the orientation of new members by scheduling orientations and fit-testing and assisting new members with obtaining class and program schedules.
Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Works toward achieving goals and objectives, and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum Education: None specified; will accept any combination of formal education and/or prior work experience sufficient to demonstrate possession of the knowledge, skill and ability needed to perform the essential tasks of the job, typically such as would be equivalent to a high school diploma or GED. Preference may be given to individuals possessing a Bachelor’s degree in a directly-related field from an accredited college or university.
