The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced, large-scale corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execute a comprehensive people analytics strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives and human resources goals.
Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data sets to provide actionable insights on workforce trends, performance, and engagement.
Collaborate with senior leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven solutions.
Utilize advanced statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to forecast workforce trends and inform strategic and operational decision-making.
Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and HR practices.
Lead initiatives to measure and enhance talent acquisition, talent development, retention, and overall employee experience.
Evaluate and implement analytics tools and platforms to enhance data collection, processing, and visualization capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in people analytics, human resources, or a related field.
Proficiency in statistical analysis software, data visualization tools and HR information systems.
Proficiency in programming languages (R, python, pyspark and SQL).
Strong background in quantitative analysis, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
