Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including helping maintain the Benefits email mailbox, assisting with email correspondence within the HR Benefits Team, addressing the Benefits Phone Lines, and assisting with Benefits Projects and Tasks.This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in HR Benefits operations and gain insight into our company’s approach to Human Resources and Benefits.As an HR Benefits Assistant Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR Benefits policies and procedures. Update our benefits internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms

Prepare HR-Benefits related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)

Address employee queries about Benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

Review and distribute Benefits company policies in digital formats or hard copies

Assist with the HR Benefits Email Mailbox

Assist with email correspondence within the HR Benefits Team

Assist with the HR Benefits phone line

Assist with HR Benefits Project and Duties

Requirements and skills

Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases

Experience with MS Office

Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

Basic knowledge of labor legislation

Organizational skills

Education Background: Human Resources/Benefits Management or similar field

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or Equivalent Bachelor's Degree Preferred Associate's Degree
