- Provide deskside support across main HQ locations in Knoxville, TN
- Respond to inbound user requests via phone, email and internal ticketing system
- Work directly with various members of the company including C-Suite level executives and call center employees
- Coordinates cross-functionally to ensure proper support is given and resolutions are reached in a timely manner
- Interest in a career in Information Technology and a desire to learn
- Basic networking knowledge is a plus: ITIL, Cisco or Merakie
- Active Directory experience
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Excellent problem solving ability, troubleshooting skills, and the desire to work in an environment where teamwork and collaboration is required
- AS Degree in a technical field, technical certifications, or equivalent experience in a support role
