Description: Must have ERP experience Manufacturing experience (either hands on or admin role) Enter Bill of Materials into ERP system Prepare Quality Control documents for production floor folders Responsible for Engineering Change Requests process of logging them in and close them out Prepare, print, and release all production paperwork to the various work centers and ensure all production folders have the correct documentation. Responsible for checking work order for appropriate cost/hours worked Issue materials to work orders and update material within a work order if a substitution needs to be made before issued. Maintains and updates all work instructions associated with job responsibilities. Records / logs heat and serial numbers from production folders. Files all production QC folders at end of life cycle. Maintains document control of when folders are to be shredded.Skills:Data entry, Data management, quality control documents, engineering documentation, ERP system, ERP software, work instruction, Data, Microsoft excel, Microsoft office, Reporting, technical writing, administrative skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in reading blueprints Must be detailed oriented Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products Excellent verbal and written communication/language skills Understanding of manufacturing processes Experience working with MRP systems and creating BOM’s, Visual a plus Must be effective at multi-taskingExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
