Duties/Responsibilities:
Supporting victims of crime through the Collaborative Response to Elder and Vulnerable Adult Abuse (CREVAA) program through case management and direct services in Hamilton and surrounding counties.
Compliance with the guidelines and performance standards.
Screening and supporting victims of crime in compliance with the CREVAA program standards.
Work occasionally with individuals at the highest level of law enforcement including District Attorneys and Chief Law Enforcement officials at the state, county and city level.
Conduct home evaluation visits with reported victims of crime who are elderly or above age 18 with physical or developmental disabilities.
Work in the office to support other CREVAA staff to manage follow-up calls, arrange for services, and assist with coordination efforts including community education, outreach, and supporting volunteer development activities.

+-+-+Qualifications/Requirements:
Must possess an undergraduate degree from a four-year college or university, (Social Services/Work or Gerontology preferred);
Minimum of one year of experience in Social Services, Gerontology, or related fields.
Must pass a criminal background check by nation, state and local law enforcement agency.
Valid Tennessee Driver license.
Travel required.
Considerable knowledge of the regulations governing support service programs.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and decision making skills; good presentation skills.
