This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting project goals, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful project delivery. Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Execution and Implementation:

Lead project execution according to the established plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or obstacles.

Implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track and within budget.

Team Leadership and Management:

Provide leadership and direction to project team members, assigning tasks and responsibilities.

Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting communication and knowledge sharing.

Motivate team members to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.

Risk Management and Problem Solving:

Identify and assess risks associated with project execution, developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact.

Proactively address issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, seeking solutions and driving resolution.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate project updates, progress reports, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.

Solicit feedback and input from stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and expectations.

Continuous Improvement:

Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future project planning and execution processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, project management, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably in operations or a related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is desirable.

Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus.

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
