Analyst II, Business Planning

The Analyst II Business Planning plays an essential role within the Business Planning team to define, create, and monitor key strategic initiatives. This role is critical in analyzing the effectiveness of the company’s top strategic initiatives and ensuring key performance commitments are on track as planned.Develop analytical frameworks, scorecards, and other reports to assess strategic prioritiesApply analytical rigor to track performance progress, improve prioritization, and evaluate risks to strategic goalsInterpret business results and translate findings into strategic insights for the business planning team and senior leadershipEffectively communicate the significance of strategic insights to drive business decisionsResearch and synthesize industry trends, competitive conditions, best practices, and benchmarks to inform strategiesDevelop essential tools through excel and Smartsheet and Tableau dashboards to report and monitor performanceSupport the annual strategic planning process by analyzing and summarizing components of the strategic plan and building content for leadership presentationsDevelop high-quality presentations and other supporting materials for the Business Planning and leadership teamsEnsure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and proceduresComplete other duties as assigned
