Position: CAD/Drafting Specialist. Knoxville, TN

Job Description: As a CAD/Drafting Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in the realization of our real estate development and architectural projects. Working closely with our architecture team, you'll transform conceptual sketches and plans into detailed technical drawings using industry-leading CAD software. Your precision and expertise will ensure that our designs are accurately represented and ready for implementation.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to interpret and refine design concepts.

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

Manage and organize CAD files and documentation for efficient project workflow.

Assist in the coordination of drawings with consultants, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of architectural drafting techniques and standards.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills and the ability to translate design concepts into technical drawings.

Prior experience in a similar role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is preferred but not required.
