Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and scope
- Develop architectural designs based on client needs and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using software such as CAD or Revit.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Five years proven experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools such as Revit.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with interior design concepts is a plus
- Experience in drafting contracts and negotiating with vendors
