DescriptionHelpdesk support- 500-600 calls/day for the groupAnswering phones, resetting passwords, resetting sessions. First contact resolution is at 70% of 500-600 calls a day, 70% of them, no one else has to talk to them. We are all very customer service based.Have access to Active Directory but very locked down and will mainly only do password resets out it.
