DIGit Truck and Trailer Repair is looking for a service writer to join our team! DIGit Truck and trailer offers a full service shop located just off Exit 87 in Jackson, TN as well as 24/7 Road Service to keep the customers wheels turning!
Service writer will be responsible for communication with customers and technicians alike to ensure we assist in keeping the wheels turning for all. Computer skills necessary for data entry into the service program our shop utilizes. Attention to detail on parts used and basic inventory management is a huge plus! Assigning technicians to jobs at hand and scheduling for incoming work is a large part of our business.
We are looking for an individual with a work history around customer service in the automotive and/or diesel repair industry. The job is based on 40-50 Hrs. per week. Normal shop hours are Monday-Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM and Saturdays until Noon.
