What we are looking for: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Woods of Post House Apartments, a 122-unit community located on Thistlewood Drive.
PAY: $23-$25/HR PLUS, quarterly bonus potential up to $1,000 per quarter, $100 a week on-call bonus, and a benefits package that is second to none.
SCHEDULE: M-F 8-5PM with on-call rotation of one week, every three weeks

REQUIREMENTS:
This is a hands-on, working supervisor role, so you must be prepared to handle tickets, turns, snow, grounds, etc.
2+ years’ experience in maintenance (with 1 Year specifically in multi-family housing preferred)
Experience managing/supervising 1+ employees
HVAC Certification with strong boiler knowledge preferred
EPA License required
CPO Certification preferred
