This is part-time work for the right person.
Working just 2 days out of the week.
The pay is $600 per month.
We need a cleaner that can clean two times per week. You can start any time after 11:00 a.m., but you must be finished by finishing by 5:00 p.m.
It takes about 2.0 hours to clean each time.
We need workers that do their job with passion and treat people with respect.
No profanity allowed on this job.
Please be detailed, honest, and trustworthy! If you cannot pass a drug screen, this is not the job for you.

From the very outset, I have some questions to ask you:

Do you need to make some extra money on the side to help with bills?

Do you have an able body? Can you bend and lift over 50 lbs.?
Do you have an eye for detail (This is a must)?
Do you have a cell phone?
Are you a hard worker?

This is not the hardest work in the world nor is it the easiest. You do need to be able to walk, bend, mop, dust mop, empty trash, clean restrooms, etc If you have foot, knees, or bending issues, then this would not be the job for you. On the scale of 0 to 10, I would say difficulty of this job is 5.0 or 5.5 .
This is fair and good money!
You will need:
- A state ID or Driver’s License and a social security card.
What Are The Payment Terms?
- You will either be paid bi-monthly or once monthly (This is your choice).
- You will have no taxes taking out during the year.
- You will be doing “sub-contracting” work. This means you will have no taxes taking out during the year. It will be your duty/responsibility to file your taxes. Once again, you will be provided with a 1099 form at the end of the year.
Remember: You must have dependable transportation.
