Human Resource Manager
We are looking to hire a Human Resource Generalist having experience in both human resources and safety. The individual should have experience with 80-90 employees in a manufacturing environment. Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
The HR Generalist is responsible for:
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and orientation
Safety compliance and employee safety training
Workers compensation case management
Unemployment compensation case management
Benefits administration
Counseling, discipline and discharge
Supporting and guiding staff in matters of Employment and Safety
Developing and maintaining policies and procedures
The best candidate is a professional, understanding how to get things done, hands-on and quickly, keeping policies and procedures simple, in a private business operation. This person must be skillful at recruiting, hiring and maintaining a diverse and unskilled work force.
