Provides skilled assistance to the surgeon.
Assists with individual operating room setup
Assists with positioning prepping and draping the patient.
Communicates with the surgeon and health care team regarding patient’s condition
Other duties as assigned by management.
QualificationsCertified Surgical Assistant or college degree in health related field with five years of first assisting experienceCSTFA National Certification AHA BCLS Tennessee Physician Quality Verification OrganizationEffective verbal and written communication skills use of general patient care equipment ability to adapt to changes in health care technology demonstrates skilled assistance to the surgeon credentialing through the medical staffPay Range$29.02 - $42.08 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
