Trades I - HVAC

Supports resort operations by performing basic HVAC tasks, including projects, preventive maintenance, and work orders.As a Trades I - HVAC, you will:Perform engineering projects, guest calls, blitzes, and preventive maintenance as directed by resort managementExecute daily tasks and assigned HVAC projects while supporting other trades as neededPerform preventive maintenance on split systems, PTAC units, condensers, and air handlersInstall or replace HVAC components, such as condensers, thermostats, fan motors, and minor componentsRead and interpret technical data and O&M manuals effectivelyParticipate actively in procurement and inventory processes to ensure materials and tools are available on-siteOperate resort operations software and devices effectively (HotSOS)Communicate professionally through radios, phones, emails, and verbal interactionsPerform maintenance and cleaning tasks as required by resort managementSafely use hand tools, power tools, and battery-powered tools required for HVAC workWork using ladders, scaffolding, lifts, dust masks, and in confined or narrow spacesFollow safety guidelines and practicesIdentify and report potential safety hazards on the propertyCommunicate and interpret guest needs through positive interactions toward resolutionAdhere to all CFI/Westgate Resorts policies and proceduresAlways represent Westgate Resorts professionally through appearance, attire, and behaviorPerform other tasks as assigned by resort operations leadershipTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
