As a Lobby Attendant who enjoys assisting others at Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort & Spa, you will maintain and ensure the cleanliness of the sales areas throughout the sales building.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures the cleanliness of the sales area and monitors the restrooms and surrounding area.
Provides exceptional guest service in public areas.
Stocks any supplies needed.
Monitors the Sales tables and dispose of any trash as needed.
Mop spills as needed and makes sure all areas of the floor are free of food and paper.
Sets up food and beverage area and maintains supplies throughout shift and ensures its cleanliness.
Assists with other duties to ensure the cleanliness of all sales areas.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
