Night Auditor - Weekends Only

We're seeking a Night Auditor to oversee late-night operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide outstanding service to our guests.As a Night Auditor, you will:Check all Front Desk transactions and make corrections if necessaryExamine department activities for compliance with management plans and policiesPrepare and submit audit findings and makes recommendations to managementWrite vouchers, run folios, run calculator tapes on all vouchers and balance with the daily report in preparation for the accounting departmentBalance all credit cards and transfer to the bankRun rooms report and verify ratesCheck in and out guestsBe responsible for closing out the business day and generating daily reports to include all front desk and retail outlets within the designated resortsPerform other duties as assigned by the Night Audit Supervisor To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
