Housekeeping Runner (Weekends Only)

The Housekeeping/Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.In this exciting role, you will:Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areasDeliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficientlyGreet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful mannerStock linen closets and other storage areasWalk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environmentReport any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisorMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist in training of team membersRespond to owner or guest complaints in a professional and timely mannerHelp complete projects as neededAssist other departments or areas when and where neededTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
