Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, the Bell Staff assists with guest arrivals and departures, ensures seamless transportation, and offers valuable information about hotel services and local attractions.As a Guest Relations Agent, you will:Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assist with hand luggage, and offer information about available services and facilities of the hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractionsInspect guests’ rooms to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequateExplain features of the room, such as the operation of radio, television, and night-lock, and how to place telephone callsPage guests in the lobby, dining room, or other parts of the hotelDeliver messages and run errandsDeliver room service ordersPick up articles for laundry and valet serviceCall a taxi for guestsTransport guests about premises or local areas in a car or motorized cartKeep a record of calls for serviceDeliver packages, suitcases, and trunks and set up sample roomsTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
