This individual will play a key role in identifying technology improvements, prioritizing initiatives, and facilitating technology training for both new and existing tools. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams and franchise stakeholders to optimize the use of company technology solutions and enhance overall efficiency and performance. Responsibilities: Identify, design, direct, and assist in the development of resources related to company technology platforms. Partner with IT teams to coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes. Collaborate with IT teams to define Alpha/Beta testing schedules and engage participating franchise locations for feedback. Act as a subject matter expert in project planning and provide input during update meetings. Work alongside key technology stakeholders such as Product Managers, Information Systems teams, National Accounts, Field Operations, and Franchise Training teams to streamline efforts. Ensure training materials and resources are tailored to meet the needs of various franchise roles. Emphasize the "how" and "why" behind technology usage, highlighting downstream impacts, client visibility, customer satisfaction, and performance metrics. Communicate franchise technology support resources and provide clear directions to internal teams, including Help Desk and Franchise Operations staff. Coordinate efforts with implementation stakeholders to address and resolve challenges promptly. Assist in the creation of technology-related training materials in collaboration with the Franchise Training team. Requirements Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): 2–3 years of experience in a technology-related role, such as training, project management, or business analysis. Knowledge or experience with Verisk software (e.g., Xactimate) preferred. Familiarity with CoreLogic software (e.g., Mitigate, Estimate, and Dash) preferred. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with project management methodology is preferred. Familiarity with process mapping methodology is preferred. Strong attention to detail to ensure high levels of accuracy and validation of results. Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences and produce written content. A commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, or a related field (or comparable work experience). Certifications in relevant technologies or software platforms (preferred).
