Provides occupational therapy services to patients needing to develop, recover and maintain occupational skills.Reports to: Director - Rehab Services or Director - IRUAssesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform occupational skills. Designs the appropriate plan of care, including type and frequency of treatment.

Drag Edit DeletePlans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting. Provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy - Required

Certifications:
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross must be obtained within 90 days of employment, if not current upon hire
