We need to find a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow to work with our client. This position is defined by a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions. Must be prepared to train 100% in office for first few weeks then will transition to Hybrid(Monday/Tuesday/Thursday-In office).Key responsibilities

Readying internal recommendations
Leveraging digital recruiting resources
Drawing up and posting job opportunity advertisements
Handling new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Furnishing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Requirements - Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
Proficiency in UltiPro
Expertise in Indeed
Solid understanding of sourcing recruitment
The responsibilities of this position will require you to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required
Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
