Description Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Clerk to work in the Bank - Savings & Loan industry, whose duties will be matching invoices to purchase orders/ vouchers, data entry. This is a long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity based in the Troy, Michigan area. Do you thrive in an energetic, team-oriented environment? Process daily invoices/credit, apply cash receipt, and help with collection of past due balance
Put together statements and reports that require utilization of an assortment of sources
Square up discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required
Work with Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing
Order documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of accounting codes and expenditure codes
Requirements
-Local candidates only as this role will require 1 week of onsite training initially and then a couple of days on a monthly basis in office.
Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
General familiarity with Invoice Coding
Experience with Invoice
Proven knowledge of Code Invoices
Numeric data entry experience
Foundational knowledge in Enter Vendor Invoices
Practical knowledge of Invoice Entry
Expertise in Perform Data Entry
Strong familiarity with Enter Invoices
Quality experience with Invoice Processing
Well-founded grasp of customer invoices
