As a Remote Executive Assistant, you will be critical part of our team, and we’ll help you learn along with us. This position is focused on supporting our sales and marketing team, and will also assist with other company operations as needed.

What You’ll Do:

Learn about all company sales and marketing operations, especially marketing.

Attend sales, client, and management calls, take detailed notes, then provide easy-to-scan, organized, searchable information for future reference.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.

Write initial drafts of business documents and emails.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Prepare emails, reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Help management organize and prioritize emails, calls, and tasks.

Assist with project management and follow up on action items.

Conduct research and compile data as needed.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners.

Support event planning and virtual meeting logistics.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.

Someone who is dependable and accessible. The value of this position depends on our ability to reach that person when needed and get the needed support.

Someone who demonstrates empathy, concern for others, kindness, patience, and social savvy.

The more tech-savvy, the better. At a minimum, proficiency with the Internet and applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting platforms will be required.

Proven track record of success.

Team player, able to adapt to different assignments.

Rapid note taking, typing, and/or shorthand skills.

Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, including strong telephone and client communications.

Strong attention to detail - including writing and spelling accurately.

High level of professionalism, accessibility, discretion, and reliability.

Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.

Quiet workspace with NO external distractions.

Must have updated computer, cell phone, and high-speed internet access for running business applications and communicating with team members, clients, and potential clients.

Experience working remotely is a plus.
