Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Director of Accounting & Finance remote role for a rapidly growing company. This role will require you to provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will also be expected to manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and implementing cost-saving initiatives.Responsibilities: Oversee the development and execution of financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Lead the annual budgeting process and work closely with department heads. Prepare accurate financial forecasts and track performance against budget. Consolidate financials across portfolio companies for external reporting. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors. Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Oversee financial operations including cash flow management, treasury functions, and financial transactions. Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.Requirements Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Accounting and Finance roles. Mastery of Accounting Software Systems is essential. Extensive knowledge in ADP - Financial Services is required. Proficiency in BlackLine software is mandatory. Prior experience with Concur software is a must. Familiarity with CRM systems is necessary. Demonstrated skills in Accounting Functions are crucial. Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is desirable. Prior experience in Auditing is a plus. A strong understanding of Budget Processes is important. Proficiency in Finance is required. Experience with Private Equity is desirable.
