1) Consultants with 8-10 years extensive experience in IT and 8+ years as a PeopleSoft Technical consultant.2) Experience in min 2 or 3 end-to-end Implementations or Upgrade or Support experience (PeopleSoft HRMS V9.0 or above mandatory)3) Must have strong experience and exposure in the PeopleSoft modules HR, Payroll for North America.4) Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies.5) Excellent technical skills in People tools 8.x, Structured query report (SQR), People Code, Application Engine programming, Component interface, Integration Broker, etc6) As a Lead should be able to manage a small team of analysts, developers, testers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module within a project (Development/Maintenance)7) Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis and evaluation techniques.8) Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.9) Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
