Payroll Clerk

Description Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls with the aim of resolving inquiries (50/daily)related to vendor payments and disbursements. Support the disbursements team, providing key information andassistance as needed. Assist with remittances information to ensure accuracy andtimeliness. Handle back-to-back calls, ensuring each call is answeredwithin a reasonable time frame. Support the implementation and operation of our new softwareand portal for vendors and employees to load invoices. Maintain a clear understanding of the software and portal toresolve any questions that may arise. Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a positiveattitude and attention to detail in all interactions. Work closely with the internal team on travel and expensematters. Assist in the resolution of any issues that arise in the callqueue.
