Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for overseeing the efforts of maintenance team
Supply and vendor management
Budget and negotiation of contracts with suppliers
Create and execute preventative maintenance program
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Minimum of 5 year of maintenance experience
HVAC & amp; CPO Certification
Must be able to work outdoors and weekends
Able to safely carry large items and climb stairs
Have good verbal and written communication
Process great attention to detail
Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
