We are looking for 2 AWESOME people to assist in glazing and firing our beautiful tile FULL TIME 1- Day Shift, 1- Part Time Shift:
Job duties include placing tile on the glaze line, prepping the glaze, inspecting for defects, cleaning the line, switching out tile racks.
Compensation starts at $13-16/hr with advancement opportunity, plus the satisfaction of working with great people who care about what they do. Group lunches and an occasional party happen throughout the year as well.
You might be right for this job if you:
Are looking for long term employment (Full Time 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday)
Previous experience in a ceramic tile factory or other manufacturing environment.
Stable work history.
Some mechanical and / or electronic skills, or vocational training in same.
Are goal oriented and know how to get repetitious jobs done efficiently
Exude positivity and are willing to do whatever needs doing whether it is in your job description or not.
You have the natural tendency to help out.
Hard worker that can carry heavy loads, most boxes are between 5-30 lbs.
Have an eye for detail and take pride in doing a job right.
Can work efficiently and independently to get orders out on time
Available to work overtime
