Experience and Qualifications

The top candidates will also have a creative mindset and good administrative skills, in order to plan and execute lessons which are memorable, innovative, and achieve the desired learning outcomes.
Developing a curriculum:
Planning and implementing age-appropriate lessons that align with developmental milestones, incorporating activities like storytelling, singing, arts and crafts, and outdoor play.
Teaching basic skills:
Introducing concepts like colors, shapes, numbers, letters, basic vocabulary, and simple counting.
Fostering social skills:
Encouraging cooperation, sharing, taking turns, and positive interactions with peers
Promoting fine motor skills:
Engaging children in activities that develop hand-eye coordination, such as writing, drawing, and using manipulatives
Observing and assessing progress:
Monitoring each child's development, identifying individual needs, and keeping records of their progress
Communicating with parents:
Regularly updating families on their child's learning, addressing concerns, and collaborating on their child's education
Maintaining a safe and positive classroom environment:
