Tech savvy assistance

I have recently relocated to Chattanooga from Florida, and need assistance in editing and formatting several documents that I have written to include them in a self-published book. I also have a very small private driving service that I would like to place advertisements for in various publications and sites. I have over two hundred files in four different email addresses that need to be condensed into one specific email address. Finally, I would like assistance with placing a personal ad for social intentions. Ninety-five percent of what I write is Spiritual by design including my business. The remaining five percent, not so much.
