Description
Hackbarth Delivery Service, Inc is a leading logistics and distribution company committed to delivering excellence in service. We take pride in our dedicated team, and we're looking for a Regional Driver to join us in our mission to efficiently distribute goods to our customers.
Key responsibilities:
Cover the East, South, and Mid Coast Region, and Texas ( Excluding New York)
Drive 2400 - 2800 miles per week
Deliver General Dry Van Freight and no touch freight
Payrate: $1200.00 - $1450.00 per week
Positions Available:
Regional- Home for 34 Hrs
OTR- 2 weeks out -
Requirements:
Two Years' Line Haul Driver CDL- Class A experience required!
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
Must have 24 months previous tractor trailer driving experience.
Must have the ability to read, write and understand English, and perform simple mathematical calculations with mental ability to handle receipts, read maps, road signs, maintain logs, etc.
Must have the ability to properly operate a handheld device when required.
Must have working knowledge of vehicle safety and control systems.
Must have knowledge of DOT regulations governing safe driving, hours of service, inspection and maintenance, and extended periods of time.
Must meet or exceed the medical standards of the US Department of Transportation.
