Outside Sale Representative, a demanding job for an explosive personality in the home improvement industry. Your phenomenal ability to learn about and demonstrate the products and services we provide will have you making lasting customer connections. Through those successful sales visits you will add to your paycheck. The home improvement market is going through an evolution and your adaptability will help us to not only stay current but set trends throughout the industry.
This is NOT a remote/work from home position, you will drive to customers’ homes and sell our products and services.
Responsibilities
Meeting with homeowners that we have prescreened to discuss and evaluate their home improvement needs (We provide the leads)
Help homeowners decide on the best options to suit their needs.
Provide excellent customer service.
You would demonstrate our products and services either in person or remotely.
Stay up to date on sales training.
Be available to work full-time including evenings and Saturdays.
Qualifications
Ambitious, charismatic, and engaging personality
Sales Experience, construction Background a plus
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable transportation
Pass a background check.

Salary
Salary and Commissions Paid Bi-Weekly via direct deposit.
Additional bonuses and incentives are available based on goals achieved and sales generated.
