After years of research and testing on multiple formulations, we've built a new supplements brand called GutRx and are slowly ramping up production and sales. The website is a little clunky and under construction, and the product packaging is changing regularly until it's perfected. We're looking for someone multi-faceted to grow with us and take on tasks as the responsibilities evolve.
Current Daily Tasks:
- Store a few boxes of supplements at your residence, along with a small printer, packaging bags, and shipping labels.
- Check emails to see if there are any new orders.
- If there are new orders, use Paypal, Amazon, Walmart or Tiktok (depending on where the order originated from) to print the shipping label from the Rollo printer you're provided.
- Once a day, Monday through Saturday, the packages will need dropped off at UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping requirements provided from the order. Make sure to keep receipts of all drop offs, which means each package needs scanned in when dropped off.
- It's imperative that these shipments go out on time. Our Amazon and Walmart listings depend on us providing next day shipping at the latest.
This is not currently a full time position and may require as little as 5-10 hours a week with the number of sales we currently have. We've set the compensation at $1,000/mo to get started, and are looking to ramp up sales in the next few months. The idea is to ramp up the compensation as sales increase, due to the extra time that would be required.
What We're Looking For:
This person needs to be punctual, have reliable transportation, be well versed with Microsoft Office, well spoken and communicative. Ideally this person would be looking to manage a team of people down the road to support inventory management, customer service, and social media marketing.
This person should know their current schedule and not get involved if they can't support the role.
